With 39 years of experience in the fisheries industry, Abdul Rachman brings a wealth of knowledge to this role. He previously served as the Director of Production (2007–2012) and later as Commissioner (2012–2017) of PT Perikanan Nusantara (Persero) and as the Commissioner of PT Sinar Bulan Purnama.
